What islands do you ship to?

We currently ship to Grand Bahama, Eleuthera, Cat Island, Rum Cay, Long Island, San Salvador Island, Ragged Island, Acklins, Crooked Island, Exuma, Berry Islands, Mayaguana, the Bimini islands, Great Abaco and Great Inagua.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

Can I pick up my package?

Yes! You can pick up your package from our store on Soldier Road. If you are sending a friend or relative to retrieve your package - please indicate their name in the notes section.

Also, the $10 shipping service fee can be waived if you request pickup. However, your items will then be placed in a MISSARI paper shopping bag.

Why is there a Shipping Service Fee?

Wow how times have changed! Prices of packaging materials have increased drastically and now it takes a lot to prepare and package your order! We will ensure your order is properly boxed and taped for secure delivery to you! Yes, There is a $10 shipping service charge to get your order ready. The fee can be waived if you request pickup. Your items will then be placed in a MISSARI paper shopping bag.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Mailboats usually arrive within 48 hours to your primary location. We will deliver your package to the respective vessel in time for the next sailing - once payment was made in time. Please keep us updated via WhatsApp if there are any changes to the shipping schedule of the boat you selected.

Why don't we ship by plane?

Shipping via plane is extremely expensive, along with many restrictions. Airlines charge minimum $25 up to $120 for freight depending on the dimensions and weight of the package. We can ship via plane for a $60 delivery feenot including the airline freight costwhich we can only know when your package is inspected at the airport.

Same Day Express Shipping

Do you urgently need your package delivered to the boat today? Paid after the deadline - which was the night before? No issues, we can help you for a small fee of $30. This fee will go towards sourcing a delivery driver that will maneuver through the complex traffic of Nassau, to get your package delivered to the boat of your choice!

To avoid this - please ensure your package is paid for by 6pm the night before your desired boat leaves! We will package your order before our store closes at 7pm.

My package was not delivered! What next?

Firstly, We are so sorry this happened! We apologize for the inconvenience. We will try to deliver your package by the next sailing. However, for our honest mistake - We have these options for you to choose from

  • A Free Gift with your current order
  • Special VIP Dibs to shop during our next 50% off Sales held in store for Nassau customers only.
  • Your order is canceled and a FULL REFUND within 2 business days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. Packages may be shipped via boat with our return address and contact information. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

We will not pay for any freight charges.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

By agreeing to our terms of service at checkout - you agree that All Sales are Final - BUT Store Credit or Exchange is Available.
